And that’s not the only reason we have to celebrate…
The Austin Business Journal named Pushnami the fastest-growing company in Central Texas in its Fast 50 rankings for the $10M+ revenue category. The contest highlights the fastest-growing companies in the Central Texas area based on the last three years of revenue growth. Companies based in Travis, Williamson, Hays, Caldwell, Bastrop and Burnet counties were all eligible and all submissions were reviewed by accounting firm Maxwell Locke & Ritter.
The final rankings were revealed during a virtual event on Oct. 22. Our founder and CEO, Emerson Smith, was one of the panelists during the awards, as well as Lesley Hargraves, Partner at Maxwell Locke & Ritter, Andy Hoang, CEO of Planoly, Jamie Lagarde, CEO of Sedera and Gheorghe Pusta, CEO of Epiphany Dermatology.
“Our entire team helped make this honor possible,” Emerson Smith said. “Our messaging and monetization platform continues to dominate the market and will set the stage for our future growth. We wouldn’t be where we are today without the perseverance of our employees who help our clients generate positive ROI and make Pushnami the company it is today.”
This has been a huge year for Pushnami. We’ve actively powered push notifications and email for more than 20,000 global websites, apps and online stores, launched ecommerce campaign automations that have generated nearly $1 million for Shopify stores in less than three months, expanded proprietary machine learning technology into email and mobile push notification channels and have given back by making our platform available for six months at no cost for businesses impacted by COVID-19. All of this and Pushnami has only been around since 2017.
“We are self-funded and profitable, an approach quite different than most companies that reach our level of growth,” Smith said. “I attribute a lot of our success due to the fact that we are accountable to only our clients and ourselves, allowing us to make the best choices for our users and our team.”
300 billion messages!
Amidst this excitement, the 300 billionth message was sent from Pushnami’s platform last week.
“I am thrilled with what our clients have achieved using our platform and I’m tremendously proud of the dedication our team has in making this success possible,” Smith said.
It was just months ago that we were celebrating 200 billion. And we don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon.
We celebrate what we want to see more of
Due to the pandemic, our team couldn’t physically celebrate these accomplishments together. But we didn’t let that stop the party!
After discovering we were named the fastest-growing company in Central Texas, we had even more reason to celebrate. We commemorated our achievements with a virtual happy hour made possible by Austin-based Sourced Craft Cocktails. All the ingredients needed to make festive drinks (cocktails/mocktails) were delivered to employees’ homes. A mixologist walked us through how to create the cocktails and mocktails with trivia during our event.
Without our amazing customers, we would not have been able to achieve these impressive milestones.
